Chicago – Restaurants For The Out Of Towner

One of my really good friends, AJ, (a very picky eater) surprised me two weeks ago from Jersey. During his Chicago stay I decided to woo his palate with some of my frequent flyer list… Along with him were other out of towners who also were adamant about good food no matter what the cost.

Order from

Eddie

Order

Grilled Beef

Basil Chicken

Note

Eddie is the owner of the restaurant, while his kitchen staff and chef are amazing, nothing beats Eddie’s cooking. He will probably hail me if he knows I am sharing this secret (if a secret it really is) however try charming him by calling him a day in advance bring a sizable party, offer to pay a flat rate to have him cook and ask him to recommend the best dishes, tell him of any allergies or restrictions and then when you tip, know you are tipping the Master Chef of that restaurant. The experience and the taste is like reliving Bangkok all over again… or for the first time.
